Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 within Canada & the USA
  • Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 for all other orders within Canada & the USA

All orders are shipped via Canada Post standard tracked service, unless upgraded to Xpresspost at checkout.

 

Customs & Duties

For U.S. and international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in our shipping rates. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: We do not accept returns on packages marked “return to sender” due to unpaid customs fees.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 3–9 business days

USA

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 4–19 business days

International
Estimated shipping time is displayed at checkout and varies by service:

  • Small Packet – Surface (untracked): 20–60 business days

  • Small Packet – Air (untracked): 6–12 business days

  • Tracked Packet – International: ~11 business days

🚫 Please note: Untracked shipping methods do not include insurance. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit without tracking.


Important Notes

  • Once your order leaves us, we are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by the courier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or for packages lost, stolen, or left unattended at delivery.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error or delivery failure, the customer is responsible for covering re-shipping fees.

  • If a parcel is returned with additional postage or customs fees due, Wuliwuli Studio reserves the right to refuse the parcel.
